Textural Wool and Embroidery Weekend

For the past ten years we have had the priveledge of Sue Spargo, the queen of wool applique, teaching classes at Smith-Owen in the Fall. Sue shared her passion and creativity with all our eager and grateful wool & embroidery enthusiasts. Unfortunately, Sue is dealing with some health issues this year and is unable to join us . We did not want to let the Fall of 2016 pass without having our annual infusion of wool creativity.  In September, we will be offering a two-day class where we will be creating a textural wool background and adding embroidery stitches and embellishments.  The intended finish project for this wool piece is a medium size project bag.  Kits will be available to purchase.  This is a two-day class and must be paid for to sign up and attended.  There is never a lack of creativity and support happening at this event.  It gives stitchers the boost to keep those needles going throughout the long cold winter.  We look forward to you joining us in September.

Time: 10am- 4pm both days
