Dresden Workshop
Discover the charm of a timeless classic! In this workshop, you will learn to create the beloved Dresden Plate block, a fan-shaped design popular since the 1930's. We will cover cutting fabric "blades" using a specialty ruler, sewing precise seams to create the fan, and machine-appliqueing the completed plate onto a background fabric. This is a perfect project for using a charm pack or 5" squares.
Supplies needed:
Non-Slip 18 Degree Dresden Plate Ruler
Charm pack or 5" squares.
Fat Quarter for background fabric
Sewing machine in good working condition
