This quilt as a scrappy quilt in two color ways, you will need as follows:
Center Blocks - 1/4 yard
Blue in the blocks  five- 1/4 yards
Light Blue eight - 1/4 yards
Light for the shashing’s - 1 yard for the shashing for the backing and the front.
First Border - which is the easy shashing to connect the quilt and the border - 1 yard.
Border - 2 yards
Backing squares and backing for the border 4 1/2 yards
Cotton or Cotton blend batting - Queen Size
50wt. Cotton thread that matches the backing and the shashing fabric
80 Microtex needles
Rotary cutter, mat and rulers 6x24 and 12” square
