School of Sewing

If you’ve always wanted to sew but felt intimidated by the process, this is the class for you! In this 6-week series, you’ll learn all the basics of sewing in a fun and supportive environment. You’ll master skills like measuring and cutting fabric, making and sewing binding, sewing boxed corners, sewing French seams, adding zippers and more. You’ll also make some awesome projects like a pillowcase, a bag, an apron and more!, following the book School of Sewing by Shea Henderson (not included in class price). This class is for anyone 15 and older who wants to unleash their creativity. Don’t miss this opportunity to join the School of Sewing.

Machine in good working order and knowledge of use
Basic sewing supplies, thread, scissors, instruction manual
Book: School of Sewing
Seam ripper
Additional Supplies will be required to make each weeks
project (fabrics, zippers, batting etc...)
