Sew with Confidence — Beginner Sewing Class
Ever wish you could sit down at a sewing machine and actually know what to do? This class will turn “I wish I could” into “Look what I made!”
Over six relaxed weeks, you’ll learn the basics of sewing in a supportive setting—perfect for true beginners (and a little nervousness is totally okay!). We’ll cover everything from measuring and cutting fabric to sewing French seams, boxed corners, and zippers.
Along the way, you’ll make projects you can be proud of—like an apron, a pillowcase, and more—while gaining the confidence to keep creating on your own.
We’ll follow School of Sewing by Shea Henderson (book not included in class fee). This class is open to anyone age 15 and up.

Supplies:Machine in good working order and knowledge of use
Basic sewing supplies, thread, scissors, instruction manual

Seam ripper
Additional Supplies will be required to make each weeks project (fabrics, zippers, batting etc...)
