Improvisational Piecing
Work without a pattern. Work without a scant 1/4" seam allowance Work without straight lines. Create and cut as you go. In the class you will learn to piece curves without pins and create blocks like no one else has ever made before - these will be all your own artwork.
Fabric in a color pallet you would like to work in - no rules, just choose a color range and bring what you want. This is a great quilt for. Fat Quarters and Fat Eights. Bring approximately 2 yards, don't bring too much so that you are not held back from sewing by taking too much time to choose fabrics. There is no right or wrong choice, just fun. If you had attended one of my classes on painting your own fabric, this is a GREAT quilt to use those fabrics in.
