Refrigerator Lemon Dessert
Crust
1 cup (plus 1T) flour
1 stick butter or margarine (melted)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Mix and spread in 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes
Layer 1
1 cup powdered sugar
1-8oz cream cheese (room Temp)
1-8oz cool whip, use about 2/3's (whip together)
Spread over Baked Crust
Layer 2
Empty 2 packages of lemon pudding into
3 cups of milk (whisk or blend until thick)
Spread over layer 1
Layer 3
1-8oz Cool whip plus balance left over from layer 1 spread over layer 2,
sprinkle with walnuts, refrigerate, serve cold.
