Mackinaw Island Fudge

4 cups sugar
1 cup nuts
1 cup butter
1 cup milk
25 marshmallows, cut up
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz star chocolate candies
12oz chocolate chips
2 oz unsweetened choc

Mix sugar, milk, and vanilla; cook over medium heat, add butter.  Boil softly for 2 min.  Turn heat off.  Add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are melted.  Add nuts and chocolates, let chocolates melt.  Mix by mixer for 3 minutes.  Pour into 9X13 pan.  Refrigerate until firm, but do not store fudge in fridge.  Peanut butter chips may be substituted for chocolate chips.
