Cream Cheese Danish

2 pkg crescent rolls

FILLING
2-8oz packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup almonds

 

  1. Cream the filling ingredients in a bowl. 
  2. In a 9 x 13 pan lay out 1 pkg. of crescent rolls.
  3. Spread the filling on top.
  4. Lay the second pkg. of rolls on top and brush on the egg white.

Mix the topping ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350* for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and Serve.
