Heirloom and Creative Hand Sewing 

If you are interested in a particular smocking or heirloom class please call the store and tell them what class you are interested in taking.  They will put you on a list and Jill will call you as soon as one can be scheduled

Beginning Smocking
Learn the art of English Smocking by hand on a bonnet, an insertion for a boys hat, or a sampler.
Sessions: 2 weeks Instructor: Jill

Smocked Beaded Christmas Ornament with Jill 
These beautiful beaded ornaments will make a gorgeous addition to your Christmas tree.  They are also a wonderful gift for a special person.
Date:   Monday October 6 & 13
Time:  6-8pm
Cost:   $20 plus kit fee of $8

Smocking a Bishop Garment with Jill 
Learn how to smock a bishop garment of our choice.  You will learn how to read a smocking design  A lot of attention will be given to helping you understand the techniques to smock a beautiful garment.
Prerequisite – Beginning smocking
Date:  Monday October 20 and November 3
Time: 6-8pm

Sewing a Bishop Garment with Jill 
Construction of your smocked bishop garment will be done in this class.  You will learn special finishing techniques and learn how to easily make a placket and apply a neck band  Don’t miss out on getting your garment ready for Christmas.
