Cream Puff Dessert
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk |
1- 8oz cream
cheese softened
3 vanilla instant pudding
1-12oz cool whip
Optional: shaved chocolate or choc syrup |
- Preheat oven to 400*. Grease jelly roll pan
- In sauce pan over high heat bring water and
margarine to boiling, reduce heat
- Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat. Beat in eggs one at a time, beat
well after each addition until mixture is smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly over bottom of prepared pan,
bake for 25 min. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- In large bowl with mixer set on low, gradually blend
milk into cream cheese until smooth, add pudding mix. Beat on low until
slightly thickened, pour over crust.
- Spread cool whip over top.
- Top with chocolate syrup or shaved chocolate.
- Refrigerate until served
