Supplies:

Bring fabrics you may want to use in your bargello.  (You do not have to have all your fabrics in time for class)  We will be picking fabrics out in the first class.
This project calls for 20 fabrics 1/4 yard each (fat quarters will NOT work for this project)
You will need 9 - 1/4 yard lights/brighter fabrics (from both colors you choose) and 11 - 1/4 yard of coordinating colors, some from each color.

Book required - Twist and Turn Bargello Quilts by Eileen Wright
Machine in good working condition
1/4" piecinf foot that stitches scant 1/4"
Walking foot for quilting (will not need for 1st class)
Rotary cutter with new blade, mat and ruler (suggested sizes - 6 x 8 1/2, 24 x 24 1/2)
100% cotton neutral 50/2 wt. thread for piecing
Basic sewing supplies - pins, seam ripper, tape or labels (to number each color of fabric)
Optional - Ruby Beholder and a green value finder (these help sort fabric from light to dark)
