Three color snowflakes- 3 2/3 yd background, backing and binding; 1 5/8 yd for spikes; ½ yd for center star 
Two color snowflakes- 4 ¼ yd for background, backing, binding and center star; 1 5/8 for spikes

Sewing machine in good working order
Basic sewing supplies- including silk or flower pins, pencil or marking pen (we can talk about these in class)
¼" piecing foot
Thread- Neutral 50 wt
Needles- Microtex sharps 70
Small steam iron and ironing pad (ex. Steady Betty)
Small cutting mat (12x12) and rotary cutter (28mm)
12" Add-A-Quarter ruler
UHU glue stick
Purple Thang
Scotch tape
(2) Gallon Ziploc bags
3" x 12" piece of plastic template, if you have it
Paper clips and medium size binder clips are helpful
