Book- That Patchwork Place Quilt Collection
Sewing machine in good working order
Needles- Microtex Sharps size 70, Topstitch size 80
Basic sewing supplies, scissors, super fine pins, tape measure
Pencil with eraser
Neutral 50 wt cotton thread, variegated and/or invisible to use on appliqués
Teflon appliqué sheet
Either Misty fuse or 1 yd Steam-a-seam 2*
Parchment paper if you plan on using Misty fuse
2 yd stabilizer*
1/4" foot & open toe foot
*These will be discussed at first class and may be purchased at that time.
Material-
Boots, umbrellas, flowers - Minimum 4 fat quarters-recommend 6-8 for variety
Center blocks - 5/8 yd
Blocks, flowers, and handles - ¼ yd each of 4 greens (or ½ of 2 greens)
Sashing, border #1, and border #3 - 2 1/4 yd
Border #2 - 1 ¼ yd
